TAILWIND™ and Oceanwide Announce Partnership To Provide Truck E Manifest Solution

Montreal– November 30, 2005 -Tailwind Management Systems Inc. is pleased to announce an Electronic manifesting solution for their trucking company clients. United States Customs (CBP) is implementing a new program of Electronic transmission of manifest data for truck shipments that are inbound to the United States. While this program is still in its early stages, US Customs has stated that E manifesting will become mandatory in the future. Because of TAILWIND™’s commitment to “get ahead of the competition” and “help our clients reduce costs”, TAILWIND™ has partnered with Oceanwide to provide a viable E manifest solution for truckers.

This partnership will link TAILWIND™’s Carrier Management System with Oceanwide’s proven E manifest technology. It will enable TAILWIND™’s clients to be approved quickly for the United States E manifest. TAILWIND™ clients will save time by entering E manifest data one time only into TAILWIND™'s user friendly Carrier Management System. Oceanwide’s software will edit the manifest data and if correct, will automatically transmit it to US Customs. Oceanwide’s staff will provide help desk support for US Customs related automation issues.
