Oceanwide and Infosite Technologies Partner to Offer Truck Carriers Fully Integrated Dispatching and e-Manifest Compliance Solutions
Montreal, QC – July 6, 2006 – Oceanwide Inc.®, a leading provider of on-demand software for international trade, announced today that Quebec-based Infosite Technologies Inc, a solutions provider of dispatching, maintenance, warehousing and services applications for the transportation and service industries has become a Editrade Truck e-Manifest™ Marketing Partner.
Oceanwide initiated a Marketing Partner Program in order build long-term relationships with other industry-leading vendors and create an infrastructure that allows truck carriers of all sizes to meet the advance manifest submission requirement in various ways. Truck Carriers can use Oceanwide’s Editrade Truck e-Manifest solution directly or file manifests through their integrated dispatch application.
Oceanwide’s Partner Program was created to offer dispatch and transportation management software providers and their clients with integrated solutions that meet the U.S. Customs and Customs Border Protection (CBP) mandate for electronic manifest submission. Infosite’s dispatching and operations application Dispatch-Mate™ has been fully integrated with Oceanwide’s Editrade Truck e-Manifest solution which through automation eliminates the re-keying of information and improves data accuracy. The integrated offering will also speed up the customs approval process and create a more efficient supply chain.
